By requesting an MLR Packaging username and accessing information, data or materials contained in the MLR webpages, you hereby agree to accept the following terms and conditions:

It is the responsibility of the company or client who requested the login name to inform MLR Packaging, Inc. in writing of any staff changes or any other reasons why users should no longer have access to all or part of MLR Packaging Inc customer portal. Users of MLR Packaging agree to discontinue use of their account immediately upon termination from their employer and to notify MLR Packaging in writing to close the account at such time.

Security of usernames and passwords is the responsibility of the client. Passwords should be changed regularly and chosen in a suitable manner as to prevent unauthorized access to the account. Clients are urged to change temporary passwords immediately on receipt. Sharing of IDs is not recommended as individual accounts can be provided. MLR Packaging Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Communications

By visiting MLRPackaging.com or sending us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and we will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of MLR Packaging Inc and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change on the site without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our vendors, MLRPackaging.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MLRPackaging.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Payment Terms

Customers with established credit, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. In addition, MLR Packaging accepts all major credit cards or checks by phone at the time of order.

License and Site Access

MLR Packaging, Inc. grants you limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of MLR Packaging, Inc. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices. Sales Tax and Duties

MLRPackaging.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, or duties on orders shipped to any country outside the United States.

Applicable Law

By visiting MLRPackaging.com, you agree that the laws of the state of California , without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and MLRPackaging.com.
