Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery within specific zip codes on orders over $600. There is a $300 minimum for all will call orders.

Freight charges will be applied to your order, if we need to use a third-party freight company, to deliver.

Rush Deliveries

Rush deliveries are available upon request and subject to product availability.

Return Policy

All product return requests must be made within 20 days of delivery date Please call 714-738-0031 to receive an authorization numbers. Returns need to be approved and a 15 – 25% restock fee may apply. Credit will be issued upon inspection of products.

Conditions of Sale

• MLR Packaging, Inc is not responsible for any lost or non-delivered merchandise unless reported to MLR Packaging, Inc. within ten (10) days of shipment date. All claims reported more than ten (10) days after shipment date are the responsibility of the customer.
• Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by MLR Packaging, Inc.
• MLR is not responsible for delays or failures of delivery due to strikes, accidents, or other causes beyond its control.
• Claims for defects in quality or quantity are waived unless written notice is received by MLR Packaging Inc, in Fullerton, California within 20 days of shipment.
